HOLE PUNCH BALI takes great care to ensure all items are in perfect condition. Made from top quality leather and natural materials occasionally you may notice a flaw or some slight imperfections. We do not consider minor markings or inconsistencies in color as a fault or flaw. If you believe your item is faulty please send an email to contact@holepunchbali.com with your order number and photos to identify the issue.

Please note, your window of exchange for faulty items is within 7 days after reception of goods. Items can differ slightly from the images presented on the website. Please note that the images used on the website are taken to best showcase the items as accurately as possible. The colors may differ slightly between computer monitors.


RETURN POLICY


Items purchased online must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned new and unused, with all labels and tags intact. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface. They must be returned in their original shoebox.

All sales are final on Clearance & Sample Sale items. We do not offer refunds unless an item is deemed faulty.

If you change your mind on a product we are more than happy to issue a store credit. please contact us at contact@holepunchbali.com to obtain a return authorization form. Your return will be processed within 7 days of being received.
The cost of returning items for the purpose of an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping unless the item is faulty.

We are not liable for your item while it is in transit back to us, so we recommend that you use an insured-registered post and hold onto the tracking number.
